Adaptive Development Orchestrator

A Claude Code orchestration framework that profiles a repository, decomposes requests into dependency-aware task graphs, routes work through capability-based agents, and requires independent review and verification. It is designed to balance quality, cost, and speed as agentic workflows scale.
